Weekly Practice Schedule
Sitting meditation (zazen) and practice interviews (dokusan) will be held in person and via videoconferencing using the Zoom application which can be used from computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Links for the "Virtual Zendo" meeting and for the "Interview Room" meeting will be sent via separate emails to:

Zazen 9:30 am - 11:20 am
We sit for 30 minutes and walk for ten minutes. There are three sitting periods. Meditation Interviews are held by Eko Sensei and/or senior students during the second and third sitting periods for people with questions or who are studying with Eko.
Dharma Talks/Council/Service 11:30 am
Dharma Talks are given by one of the teachers at 11:30. Council-format discussion following the talks.
